Description
You'll drive net-new logo growth by selling Jellyvision's integrated benefits technology suite to mid-market and enterprise organizations. You'll build channel partner relationships, execute strategic prospecting, and own the full sales cycle to consistently achieve over-plan results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of outside/field sales experience exceeding quotas in SaaS or B2B enterprise
- Experience selling Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, or HR Technology solutions
- Proven success selling into organizations with 500+ employees
- Experience establishing and growing partnerships with benefits brokers and consultants
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage C-suite directly and via partners
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new logo growth through channel engagement with brokers and consultants
- Develop and execute strategic territory plan to identify net-new opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with HR, Finance, and C-suite
- Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue and track activities in Salesforce
- Collaborate with BDRs, Solutions Architects, and Product Specialists to maintain deal velocity
