Description
You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying warm inbound leads via phone and email. You'll nurture leads, identify customer needs, manage multiple lead sources in Salesforce, and work with the Sales Development Manager to grow the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 1+ years sales or customer-facing experience
- Experience in technology (software, mobile) – major plus
- Hospitality experience an asset
- Excellent customer service, telephone, and communication skills
- Autonomous, outgoing, self-starter
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing sources
- Nurture leads through to qualification for inside sales team
- Create a great first impression with world-class prospect experience
- Identify customer needs to determine fit for Lightspeed solutions
- Manage multiple lead sources and log communications in Salesforce
