🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global clinical trial execution from start-up to closure.
• Oversee study budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Manage CROs, vendors, and cross-functional study teams.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare field.
• 8+ years clinical operations experience in biopharma.
• 3+ years leading clinical trials in biotech.
• Early phase oncology experience required.

✨ Nice to Have

• SmartSheet or project management software proficiency.
• CRF development and IRT build experience.
• Vendor and CRO selection and oversight experience.
