As a Psychotherapist at BlueSky Telepsych, you will enjoy clinical autonomy while working from home with flexible hours. You'll be part of a team-based format, collaborating with prescribers to coordinate care for patients, primarily serving mental health needs in underserved and rural areas through telehealth.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.)
• Open to obtaining licensure in multiple states
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to patients via telehealth
• Collaborate with prescribers in a team-based care format
• Participate in monthly clinical case discussions with collaborating prescribers
• Manage clinical caseload remotely with flexible scheduling
• Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers
