📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail.
• Exposure to rent collection processes and budgets.
• Proficiency with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Competence with industry software, preferably YARDI.

• Sales aptitude.
• Real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
