📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer, administrative, or operations support roles.
  • 1+ years as team lead, supervisor, or mentor.
  • Scheduling flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality, retail, multi-family, or food & beverage.
  • Leadership experience without direct authority.
