🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer, administrative, or operations support roles.
- 1+ years as team lead, supervisor, or mentor.
- Scheduling flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality, retail, multi-family, or food & beverage.
- Leadership experience without direct authority.
