Description
You will design and optimize customer lifecycle programs to drive product adoption, reduce churn, and expand revenue for MSP customers. Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to operationalize lifecycle stages and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of MSP personas and product value drivers
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking lifecycle KPIs
- Analytical skills to translate insights into actionable programs
Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize customer lifecycle stages with entry/exit criteria
- Develop segment-specific journeys for MSP maturity and product footprint
- Drive expansion and net revenue retention through scalable programs
- Reduce churn by reinforcing customer value with standardized assets
- Lead lifecycle analytics, KPIs, and predictive signals with RevOps
