💼 About This Role

You'll join a high-performance founding team building autonomous AI agents for real-time web personalization. You'll own significant product areas end-to-end and ship mission-critical features across the full stack. This is a 0-to-1 generalist role with massive technical ownership at a £3.5M seed-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement complex agentic workflows and LLM evaluation frameworks
• Architect and scale service-oriented systems using TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, Temporal
• Deliver customer-facing features end-to-end with React/Tailwind and backend integrations
• Own product direction and engineering standards from the ground up

📋 Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals with startup 0-to-1 experience
• Proficient across the modern TypeScript stack (React/Node.js)
• Willingness to learn new technologies rapidly
• Experience owning full-stack product work in a startup

• Background in reinforcement learning
• Systems knowledge
• Experience with workflow orchestration like Temporal
