💼 About This Role

You'll lead a cross-functional product team building real-time operational tools for transit agencies. Your team owns Live Operations dispatch dashboard and GPS Playback analysis. You'll balance sustaining established products while building new communication capabilities for dispatchers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product Manager and Designer to define solutions and set milestones.
• Facilitate technical discovery and guide engineers as plans solidify.
• Manage team members fostering a supportive, outcome-focused culture.
• Balance investment across sustaining products and new capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering team leadership and people management.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end products in cloud-based SaaS.
• Broad experience across full stack (frontend, backend, data).
• Familiarity with real-time data systems (WebSockets, pub/sub, streaming).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with map-based/geospatial web apps (MapLibre, Mapbox, Leaflet).
• Experience with AWS, JavaScript/Vue.js, Postgres, Java.
• Comfortable applying modern AI tools in software development.
