🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, mentor, and support a high-performing engineering team.
• Define and manage team roadmap and OKRs with product and cross-functional teams.
• Break down high-level requirements into technical tasks and support scrum ceremonies.
• Judge and guide team technically to maximize product value and drive continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software development or relevant field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years leading an engineering team as technical manager.
• Proficiency in at least one frontend and one backend language (JS, TS, Go, Java, Swift, Kotlin, Dart).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience working on multiple production products.
• Proficiency in business-level Japanese.
