As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, particularly C++ and Java developers, while partnering with engineering leaders. You'll drive inclusive hiring strategies, leverage data and creative sourcing techniques, and contribute to broader people strategy topics like performance management and culture.
