Description

You'll build and evolve rich, scalable user experiences for millions of community members, owning complex UI work and raising engineering standards while using AI tools to accelerate delivery. You'll work in a multidisciplinary Agile team, translating designs into performant React components and contributing to best practices.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and React (composition, hooks, lifecycle).
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and familiarity with JWT-based authorization.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools (Cursor or equivalent) in day-to-day development.
• 4+ years building production web applications with React.
• 1+ years of TypeScript experience or strong ability to adopt it quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship high-quality React features in a multidisciplinary Agile team.
• Own UI architecture decisions including component design, state management, and data fetching patterns.
• Write reliable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews, mentoring teammates.
• Optimize for real-world performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle size, caching).
• Use AI-powered IDEs to accelerate implementation while ensuring correctness and security.
