💼 About This Role

You'll join Montu UK's London team as a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber), splitting time between on-site and remote work. You'll provide safe, effective treatments for patients with cannabis-based medicines and contribute to clinical pathway development. This role operates outside standard hours, with evening and weekend shifts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Clinically check and review CBPM prescriptions for safety and accuracy.
• Prescribe medicines as an Independent Prescriber, tailoring treatments to patient needs.
• Provide expert guidance to prescribers and patients on treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with GPhC standards.

📋 Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with Independent Prescriber qualification
• At least 2 years prescribing experience
• Experience working in a clinical setting

• Knowledge of CBPM or willingness to undergo training
• Experience in patient education
