You'll join Civis Analytics as an IT Support Specialist, providing tier one and tier two technical support in a cloud-first environment. You'll manage the internal support ticketing system and collaborate across departments to resolve issues. This role offers the opportunity to advance to tier three and innovate support infrastructure.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage internal IT support ticket queue as first point of contact
  • Administer SaaS applications like Google Workspace and Slack
  • Manage MacBooks using MDM software like Iru (Kandji)
  • Support LAN/WAN, printers, AV, and VoIP equipment in Chicago office

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support experience with Mac OS X
  • Experience managing MacBooks using MDM
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with a support ticketing system

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
  • Familiarity with scripting language like bash or Python
  • Vendor management and software license management experience
