You'll lead the MLOps platform strategy for Rosso at tem, scaling from early-stage to best-in-class infrastructure. You will design and build experiment tracking, model registry, and production monitoring. This role offers the chance to solve unique challenges in energy transaction infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the ML platform strategy and roadmap.
• Build experiment tracking, model registry, and monitoring.
• Deliver backtesting and shadow deployment infrastructure.
• Set technical direction and standards for the MLOps team.

📋 Requirements

• Scaled an ML platform from early stages.
• Experience with Metaflow, AWS Batch, and CI/CD.
• Deep knowledge of MLOps tooling and best practices.
• Hands-on with Python and infrastructure-as-code.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with energy or fintech domains.
• Published talks or blog posts on ML platform design.
