💼 About This Role

You'll join Tenon to develop and implement ServiceNow applications for enterprise marketing workflows. You'll partner directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality implementations, serving as a trusted technical advisor. This role offers the chance to work with a cutting-edge marketing platform built on ServiceNow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop, install, and troubleshoot scoped ServiceNow applications.
• Create and maintain workflows, inbound actions, and custom reports.
• Lead customer-facing workshops and solution design sessions.
• Perform code reviews and maintain documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Information Technology or related field
• Fluency in JavaScript, React, and GlideRecord
• Experience in a customer-facing role (implementation consultant, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs

✨ Nice to Have

• ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CAD certifications
• Experience with Now Experience UI Framework
• Knowledge of marketing automation or CRM solutions
