  • Define and lead the people analytics and innovation strategy.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered tools using Python, SQL, and ML/LLM.
  • Build predictive models for workforce planning and retention.
  • Create executive-level dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Lead enterprise survey and feedback programs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in people analytics or workforce analytics.
  • 3+ years leading analytics teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
  • Proven experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end.
