You'll define the people analytics and innovation strategy, building a function from scratch in a tech-driven environment. You'll lead the creation of AI-powered tools and predictive models that shape workforce planning and employee experience. This role combines technical depth in data science with strong business acumen and storytelling.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and lead the people analytics and innovation strategy.
- Design and deploy AI-powered tools using Python, SQL, and ML/LLM.
- Build predictive models for workforce planning and retention.
- Create executive-level dashboards and data visualizations.
- Lead enterprise survey and feedback programs.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in people analytics or workforce analytics.
- 3+ years leading analytics teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
- Proven experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with modern AI frameworks (LLMs, GenAI, NLP).
- Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
