📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in people analytics or workforce analytics.
• 3+ years leading analytics teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end.

• Experience with modern AI frameworks (LLMs, GenAI, NLP).
• Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday.
