💼 About This Role

You'll guide small to mid-sized customers through their onboarding journey on Brex's intelligent finance platform. You'll develop product knowledge and sharpen project management skills while helping customers shift to a modern, employee-first approach. This role offers a path to grow in implementation consulting with cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, managing agendas and action items.
• Support customers in configuring Brex to address their business needs.
• Assist with spend migrations and end user adoption during deployment.
• Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM with basic documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role within SaaS or consulting.
• Exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Financial, Expense Management, or ERP software.
• Familiarity with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Corporate Card programs.
