💼 About This Role

You'll embed with enterprise customers to deploy AI-enabled workflows on Agiloft's CLM platform, translating business needs into production-ready solutions. Your work directly drives customer value through measurable AI adoption and usage.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with enterprise customers to identify use cases and requirements
  • Configure and deploy AI workflows using Agiloft Screens and PromptLab
  • Tune prompts and validate AI outputs for reliability
  • Train customer administrators and document implementation patterns

📋 Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Strong client-facing communication with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience with LLM tooling and prompt engineering in applied settings
  • API and integration experience in production environments

✨ Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of Python
  • Familiarity with RAG architectures
  • Experience integrating SaaS with CRM, ERP, or DMS
