💼 About This Role
You'll embed with enterprise customers to deploy AI-enabled workflows on Agiloft's CLM platform, translating business needs into production-ready solutions. Your work directly drives customer value through measurable AI adoption and usage.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify use cases and requirements
- Configure and deploy AI workflows using Agiloft Screens and PromptLab
- Tune prompts and validate AI outputs for reliability
- Train customer administrators and document implementation patterns
📋 Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms
- Strong client-facing communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with LLM tooling and prompt engineering in applied settings
- API and integration experience in production environments
✨ Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of Python
- Familiarity with RAG architectures
- Experience integrating SaaS with CRM, ERP, or DMS
