💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives for high-volume fulfillment at Picnic. You'll own the performance of your area, driving safety, quality, and productivity across multiple shifts. This role offers the chance to work in an international scale-up with strong growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise one shift on the floor each week to drive process improvements
• Own day-to-day performance of your area on safety, quality, productivity, and delivery KPIs
• Lead teams across multiple shifts, driving engagement and retention
• Manage major incidents and planning escalations when needed

📋 Requirements

• Master’s degree in relevant field
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience
• Comfortable managing high-volume, high-SKU workflows
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluent in Dutch
• Hands-on experience in automated/semi-automated fulfillment
• Lean/continuous improvement experience
