Description

As a Director of Product at Ripple, you will build and improve solutions that harness crypto technologies to transform global payments. You'll create the vision for delivering payments solutions using the XRP ledger, develop and test solutions for liquidity, payments, and FX challenges, and partner with cross-functional teams to define, build, and maintain products critical to growth.

Requirements

• 12-15 years total professional experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto
• 4-5 years in core product management role
• Track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products
• Experience building and launching products from 0 to 1
• Ability to understand business needs and technical requirements and communicate across teams

Responsibilities

• Build vision for delivering payments solutions using XRP ledger

• Create and communicate product stories and requirements to align cross-functional teams
• Set and drive performance benchmarks and iterate quickly using data
