Description

You will design and implement test automation infrastructure and quality assurance practices for Netskope's Agentic AI platform, ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable security analytics and AI capabilities. You will work at the intersection of AI, large-scale data systems, and cybersecurity, directly impacting the reliability and time-to-market of software delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years SDET or software development experience
• Expertise in test automation frameworks and infrastructure
• Experience with CI/CD integration
• System reliability and performance testing skills
• Collaboration across distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test automation frameworks for large-scale cloud services
• Define test strategies for functional, performance, reliability, and security testing of AI capabilities
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with engineers to implement quality checks throughout SDLC
• Investigate and reproduce production issues to improve test coverage
