• Drive US market entry from strategy to execution.
• Build and execute initial hiring plans.
• Support fundraising efforts and investor relations.
• Help establish US office and operating structure.
• Act as central operator across teams and priorities.

• Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, or startups.
• Strong generalist able to switch between strategy, hiring, and operations.
• High agency — finds and moves without waiting for instructions.
• Clear communication with senior stakeholders and partners.
