Supervise Portfolio Managers and Property Management teams to drive operational excellence. This role bridges property-level execution with corporate objectives in a private equity real estate firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance of student housing portfolio
• Supervise Portfolio Manager and Property Managers
• Monitor KPIs including occupancy, revenue, and NOI
• Lead development of annual operating budgets and forecasts

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance
• 5–7 years experience in property management overseeing multiple properties
• Multifamily or student housing operations experience
• Proficiency in Entrata or similar property management software
