💼 About This Role

You'll architect metrics and signals strategy for Global Revenue Enablement at Snowflake. Your work will drive measurable adoption and directly impact GTM outcomes by building BI tools and dashboards. This role offers the chance to define how a global organization measures success with AI-accelerated analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define outcome-based KPIs and leading indicators for user adoption
• Build and maintain BI dashboards using Sigma, Snowflake & Streamlit
• Perform ad-hoc deep dives to validate hypotheses on enablement impact
• Identify time-to-value friction points and recommend interventions

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Python and AI tools
• Ability to translate abstract business questions into data models

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or EdTech
• Analyzing data in a consumption-based business model
• Interest in Generative AI for learning analytics
