🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage assigned accounts including Autopay and collections
• Execute follow-ups and resolve past due balances
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize high-risk accounts
• Process refunds, reversals, and account adjustments

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Customer Service
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and payment platforms like Stripe
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Netsuite platforms
• Knowledge of collections processes and risk assessment
