💼 About This Role

You'll guide allied health students from education to employment through personalized coaching and practice interviews. Your work directly impacts student confidence and workforce readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare students for interviews with practice sessions and resume conversations.
• Conduct at least 5 mock interviews daily, each 45-90 minutes.
• Facilitate video interviews by explaining call flow and expectations.
• Create individualized action plans to improve each student's interviewing skills.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to deliver outstanding student service.
• Professionalism and strong verbal English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy to navigate required technology.

✨ Nice to Have

• Any degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in management, recruiting/HR, or education.
• Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
