Description

You will lead the architecture and delivery of SoFi's new commercial banking product, including the SoFi Exchange Network (SEN) for real-time payments, and build and mentor a high-performing engineering team. You'll own the technical foundation from day one and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a production-ready product.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• At least 4 years in engineering management leading teams of software engineers
• Experience building core banking or financial infrastructure (preferred)
• Experience with real-time payment systems or settlement networks (preferred)
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of commercial banking product including API Gateway, payment orchestration, client onboarding
• Own end-to-end client onboarding orchestrator (stateful workflow engine)
• Drive design and implementation of SoFi Exchange Network (SEN) for real-time 24/7/365 settlement
• Build enterprise-grade identity, RBAC, and maker/checker approval systems
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
