You'll source and engage top Talent Acquisition professionals for Anduril's R4R team, using advanced techniques to build pipelines for critical recruiting roles. Your work will directly shape our TA team's growth in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use advanced sourcing methods to find passive and active Recruiting candidates.
• Engage with prospective TA professionals through tailored messaging.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines for Recruiting roles.
• Partner with R4R Recruiters and TA Hiring Managers to align sourcing strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of dedicated sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record sourcing for and placing Recruiters or TA professionals.
• Deep understanding of recruiting landscape and various TA roles.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience sourcing Recruiters for high-growth tech or regulated industries.
• Expertise with Greenhouse, Gem, and AI tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
