• Coordinate studio bookings and scheduling with leads.
• Manage facility, equipment, and vendor coordination.
• Develop budgets and streamline operational workflows.
• Support live events team with crew and equipment sourcing.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years running studio operations at a video production facility
• Leadership managing teams and cross-functional communication
• Technical proficiency with production equipment and scheduling software

• Established relationships with vendors and film commissions.
• Experience with podcast production and Spotify's business.
