You'll own content initiatives from concept to execution, supporting Peak Energy's momentum across hiring, product, and commercial pull. You'll capture team milestones and translate them into clear external signals. This is a hands-on, in-office role with end-to-end ownership of content projects and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own content initiatives end-to-end from concept through delivery across video, photo, and audio formats
• Capture and translate team milestones and product progress into clear external signals
• Support prioritization and execution of growth initiatives across hiring, product, and commercial objectives
• Produce and maintain commercial-facing assets across the customer journey
• Edit and publish podcast episodes including audio cleanup and structuring

📋 Requirements

• Must be a senior graduating in May 2026 or recently graduated
• Demonstrated experience owning content projects from concept through execution
• Strong video production and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
• Experience editing audio and podcast content (e.g., Audition, Descript, Logic)
