💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement security frameworks for OpenAI's agentic AI systems. Your work will directly secure critical assets against unique risks. You'll partner with the Agent Infrastructure group to fortify platforms powering advanced systems and shape industry standards for agent security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement identity, network, and runtime-level security controls for agentic AI.
• Build production-grade security tooling for safety monitoring pipelines at scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, product, and research teams.
• Influence long-term Agent Security roadmap and publish best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Strong software-engineering skills in Python or systems language (Go, Rust, C/C++).
• Deep expertise in modern isolation techniques (container security, kernel hardening).
• Hands-on network security experience with identity-based controls and telemetry pipelines.
• Cloud security depth on at least one major provider (Azure, AWS, GCP).
