💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Market Operations team to inspect and detail vehicles ensuring top-quality appearance. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and timely deliveries at one of the fastest-growing automotive retailers. No prior experience needed—just a drive to learn and grow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors

📋 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors

• Prior detailing or automotive experience
