You'll orchestrate multi-channel campaigns across the full customer funnel, using data and AI-powered tools to optimize conversion rates and accelerate pipeline growth. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success to drive high-impact programs aligned with company goals. This role offers 100% remote flexibility within the US (EST/CT time zones).

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run integrated campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
• Use AI tools to extend capabilities and scale output
• Apply audience-first insights for campaign positioning
• Own growth metrics including conversion rates and pipeline velocity

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of B2B startup marketing experience in growth or demand gen
• Track record of cross-channel campaigns with measurable impact and A/B testing
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Experience with marketing automation platforms
