You'll lead a team of 6-8 software engineers building Boltline, a commercial software platform for advanced hardware manufacturing teams. Your core impact is accelerating the development of Stoke's reusable rockets. This role blends product ownership, people management, and hands-on coding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the backlog and active projects for the team
• Contribute production code, fixing bugs and implementing features
• Manage team members' career growth and development
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and technical leaders

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years professional software development
• Strong IC experience delivering quality SaaS systems
• Experience driving product requirements and priority
• Experience managing strongly technical software developers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with modern web development frameworks (ReactJS)
• Experience building reliable APIs
• Familiarity with Next.js or similar meta-frameworks
