💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end product development for the Fittings portfolio at Waterworks, a leader in luxury kitchen and bath design. Your work will directly impact launch readiness and cross-functional team alignment. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 3 days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to market launch
• Manage product timelines and cross-functional deliverables
• Build vendor relationships and manage RFQ and cost negotiations
• Ensure product data accuracy across PLM, ERP, and customer platforms

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of product development or product management experience
• End-to-end product development and cross-functional project management
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights

• Experience with PLM and product data systems
• Domestic and international sourcing experience
• Luxury or premium product environment experience
