💼 About This Role

You'll architect and champion Beam's people strategy as we scale rapidly. You'll develop people infrastructure, policies, and culture while advising the CEO and leadership team. This role has massive impact in a purpose-driven startup shifting billions to nonprofits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute holistic people strategy aligned with company goals.
• Advise CEO and leadership on organizational design and talent planning.
• Own employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Design performance management, feedback, and career development systems.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in People/HR roles with 3+ years in leadership or strategic HRBP capacity.
• Proven track record building or scaling people functions at a fast-growing startup.
• Experience designing equitable compensation and leveling frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws for remote or hybrid teams.
