Description

You will manage onboarding and offboarding processes for the MEA region, ensuring compliance and exceptional stakeholder support. You'll maintain SLAs, streamline workflows, manage visa cases, and act as the escalation point to enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3-6 years experience as HR Onboarding Specialist, HR Ops or relevant HR field
• Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes in staffing or HR
• Hands-on experience with policy administration and compensation payroll
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or similar

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track SLAs for MEA region (Onboarding, offboarding Tickets)
• Streamline workflows for collaboration between HR Ops and Payroll CEM Team
• Act as escalation point for MEA region
• Build strong relationships with local vendors for client delivery
• Manage visa cases end-to-end: document collection, tracking, partner coordination
