💼 About This Role

You'll oversee all aspects of building maintenance and repairs at a luxury association, ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. You'll develop maintenance strategies and coordinate with contractors to uphold compliance with HOA policies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair all common areas within the association.
• Oversee daily operations of building systems including HVAC and electrical.
• Coordinate with external contractors for timely maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and implement preventative maintenance programs.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of onsite high-rise or mid-rise building engineer experience.
• HVAC Certification and EPA/608 License.
• Valid California Driver's License and auto insurance.
• Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting.

• Fire Pump Certificate.
