You'll lead ground activation strategy and execution for the most established crypto brand in the Philippines. Your core impact is driving user acquisition through high-conversion field deployments. You'll own CAC and conversion metrics while managing multi-location teams of 50+ staff.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritize high-conversion activation zones
• Design and execute scalable activation playbooks
• Plan and deploy field teams to maximize conversion
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize deployment strategy

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of marketing experience with activation focus
• Proven experience managing large-scale on-ground deployments
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and CAC
• Experience managing vendors/agencies and negotiating contracts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, telco, e-wallet, or crypto
• Familiarity with referral systems and growth loops
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and BI tools
