You'll design compliance-by-design systems and automate controls for a company transforming how people build software. Working with a small, high-impact team in Stockholm, you'll turn regulatory requirements into scalable engineering solutions while shaping data privacy and responsible AI practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement compliance-by-design systems across infrastructure
• Automate compliance controls and monitoring using modern tooling
• Collaborate with engineering teams to meet SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR requirements
• Partner with sales, product, legal to translate requirements into technical implementations

📋 Requirements

• Experience building compliance controls from the ground up with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR
• Strong architectural understanding of common cloud infrastructures
• Ability to automate compliance controls using code or infrastructure tooling
• Hands-on experience with Golang, Rust, or similar backend languages

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with emerging AI regulations
• Familiarity with Terraform or infra-as-code
• Knowledge of privacy and responsible AI frameworks
