You'll support, monitor, and maintain AV conferencing and network solutions for a global customer base. You'll have real impact on business growth through hands-on work with modern AV control systems and enterprise collaboration technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide first-line IT and AV support via phone, email, and remote VPN.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and AV faults.
• Configure and maintain AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS).
• Monitor customer endpoint estates including AV endpoints and codecs.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in an IT Engineer or Technician role with AV exposure.
• Hands-on experience with AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS).
• Experience with audio DSP platforms (Biamp, Shure, etc.).
• Ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in IT, Audio Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Shure).
• Experience with O365, WAN technologies, and SD-WAN.
