Description

As a Clinical Manager, you'll visit geriatric clients in Newton, MA and surrounding areas to conduct assessments, develop and execute client care plans, coordinate communications, supervise Home Health Aides, facilitate new hire orientations, and train field staff to provide exceptional home care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of experience
• Home care experience preferred
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred

Responsibilities

• Visit geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Newton, MA and surrounding areas
• Develop and execute client care plans
• Coordinate communications between clients, field staff, office, and clinicians
• Supervise and support Home Health Aide staff in the field
• Facilitate new hire orientation and in-service training for field staff
