💼 About This Role

You'll lead large-scale, multi-team initiatives in the Trust Product area at Vanta, building features for Third Party Risk Management. Your core impact is defining technical direction, architecture, and coordinating work across multiple pods to deliver complex features for our largest customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the technical roadmap for major product domains within Trust org
• Turn ambiguous goals into aligned, well-architected execution plans
• Scope, assign, and coordinate work across multiple pods of engineers
• Personally build foundational pieces and unblock high-complexity work

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Cross-org leadership experience with portfolio management
• System design expertise for complex, multi-team projects
