💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design, development, and maintenance of hardware or software based CNO capabilities for Intelligence Community programs. You'll serve as a subject matter expert supervising and mentoring subordinate staff. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design, development, and testing of CNO capabilities.
• Ensure software standards meet network and security requirements.
• Supervise and mentor subordinate project and IIC staff.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and customers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
• Proficiency in low-level internals (Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).
• Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

✨ Nice to Have

• CNO capability development experience.
• Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
• Understanding of assembly programming concepts.
