You'll shape the visual identity of our client's brand across web, social, email, video, events, and print. You'll lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring creative alignment with marketing objectives. This role offers remote work flexibility and unlimited PTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate creative direction into high-quality designs across digital and print.

📋 Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in brand and marketing design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital and print design
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding designers in a collaborative environment

• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools
• Awareness of AI-assisted creative workflows
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
