Description

You will lead and scale MPOWER's recoveries function to maximize portfolio performance. You'll set strategy, establish priorities and processes, and develop analytical models to achieve goals while handling hands-on tactical activities to help scale the team.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field
• Deep experience in consumer credit collections, ideally with global or cross-border exposure
• Past or current leadership role in a high-tech or fast-paced environment
• Experience with US regulations including FDCPA, Reg Z, TILA, UDAAP
• Proven ability using quantitative data-driven analyses to deliver improved business performance

Responsibilities

• Review defaulted loans to gain insights and identify recovery strategies
• Drive improvements in loan servicing, delinquency management, and collections through data and analytics
• Drive automation, process improvement, and team optimization for recoveries scale and efficiency
• Refine global recoveries strategy to maximize collections while helping borrowers through financial hardship
• Manage a lean recoveries team and tightly manage US and global collections agencies against quantitative objectives
