💼 About This Role

You'll support an after-school program by mentoring, tutoring, and leading enrichment activities for K-12 students. Your role ensures a safe and engaging environment while helping with homework and supervising outdoor play. This position is part of the High Tech High network, known for project-based learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise school-aged children indoors and outdoors
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and organized environment
• Take attendance to ensure all students are accounted for
• Plan, develop, and run engaging student activities
• Assist students with virtual learning activities and homework

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience working with students
• Ability to work well with school-aged children
• Comfortable leading enrichment activities
