🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic initiatives from problem structuring to implementation
• Support M&A and investment efforts with sourcing and modeling
• Run analyses and write clear docs shaping strategic priorities
• Design and implement scalable processes across teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting, PE, VC, or strategy operations
• Strong analytical skills and track record under ambiguity
• Ability to break down complex problems and write structured docs
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
