📋 Requirements

• 6–12 years of HR experience with focus on employee relations.
• Degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office suite.
• Broad knowledge of employment law and performance management.

• Experience in organizational design or workforce planning.
• SHRM or HRCI certification.
